Description:
AccoTech is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate strong customer service manners, and have experience in managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibility:
Ensuring internal deadlines are met:
- VAT: 7 days
- SATR: 14 days
- Chasing clients for information and making regular phone calls with a maintained log.
- Saving received information in appropriate folders and checking the completeness using provided checklists.
- Updating CRM once information is received and requesting any missing information.
- Sorting, responding to, and labeling emails.
- Sending accounts to clients.
- Managing client registrations:
- VAT
- PAYE
- SATR
- Company Formation
- Generating reports:
- Deadline Reporting
- New client onboarding
- Client offboarding
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service manners and a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in office management software, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Proven experience in a similar role or within an administrative capacity.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with accounting terminology and processes is a plus.
- Must be Fluent in English, writing & speaking.
